Reservation policy

Deposit:	The first night is billed upon reservation. (deposit) We will contact you if necessary to obtain a credit card number. The remaining of your stay, if applicable, will be billed upon check in.
Cancellation:	A $30CAD fee is not refundable in case of a reservation cancellation. The remaining of the deposit is refundable if you cancel reservation at least 7 days prior your arrival. For holiday weekends and/or special events reservation, the remaining of the deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 30 days prior your arrival.
